Signed, dated and titled in stone: “Bat – D’AF / Steinlen / 1915”. Inscribed in pencil: “2 / Steinlen / Lithographie originale.” A fine impression on heavy wove paper, in fine condition aside from slight scattered foxing, with full margins. The Achenbach Foundation for Graphic Arts has a remarque proof in its collection.
