Bartsch 259, Seidlitz 259, Hind 169 ii, BB 38-3, Nowell-Usticke 259 ii/V. An early second state as described in Nowell-Usticke of “a very uncommon, attractive plate”. A fine and very rich impression with some burr printing in face and cap, in fine condition on laid paper.
