Camille Pissarro and George Thornley collaborated on a series of hand pulled lithographs after Pissarro’s oil paintings. Pissarro likely acted on the advice of Edgar Degas, who had also collaborated with Thornley on a suite of lithographs after his drawings during the late 1880s.
