Signed in pencil lower right: “CJA Wilson” and titled in pencil lower left: “Big E – USS Enterprise”. Monogramed lower right. A fine impression in fine condition aside from paper residue in bottom margin, with full margins. The ship was built in 1936 by Newport News Shipbuilding and dry dock company. It was stationed at Pearl Harbor during World War II and just escaped the raid of December 7th 1941. The navel ship was very active during the war and lead attacks on Japan, Tokyo and the Philippines.
