From “Selected Tales of Guy de Maupassant” series, each of which is based on a short story by French author Guy de Maupassant (1850-1893). The series was executed in the summer and autumn of 1945 and printed on handmade paper by Lawrence Barrett of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Signed in pencil lower right: “Adolf Dehn”; numbered in pencil lower left: “59/250”; titled in pencil lower center: “Ugly”. A fine impression in fine condition with full margins.
