Signed in the plate lower center, below Cupid’s ow: “HG. inuentor.” Inscribed in the plate below the image: “Quid non designat munita Cupidine Cypris. / Cui coeli virtus elementa cuncia mimstrant. / C. Sohoncus.”. Unknown collector’s mark verso (Lugt 844). Printed on laid paper trimmed to or just within the platemark. Avery fine impression in fine condition.
